~ The financial records of Trinity have been audited for the period of Jan. 1 to April 30, 2007. They were found to be true and accurate.

~ A joint picnic is being planned for July 8 at Al Quaal.

~ We will need a person to do snow shoveling this winter. We will advertise this in the Tidings.

~ Sunday School is in need of a Superintendent, music leader and teachers. Confirmation will possibly be continuing as a shared program with the other churches. The adult mentor program will continue as a recommendation of the council. Charlie Yeager will lead a Bible Study every Sunday in the fall.

~ Peter Johnson and Sue Boback will teach a first communion class in the fall. One parent should be present with each child.

~ Vacation Bible School is July 30-August 2 at Faith Lutheran.

~ Motion made and seconded to continue Gail’s employment as the parish secretary with the months of February and March off each year with Mary Johnson being hired for the months of February and March and any other time Gail is off. Motion made and seconded to invite Heather Gray to work as an alternate secretary in the event Mary Johnson cannot fill in.

~ The Call Committee has a schedule for interviewing the candidate who has expressed interest in being our pastor.
